We offer a hydraulic design service ranging from component specification to complete hydraulic system design, fabrication, installation and commissioning. We have CNC machining capabilities as well as precision machining, fabrication and welding expertise.
Being able to rapidly respond to our customers needs is a major factor in our business. In order to help us achieve this, Easysteel have come up with a win/win supply agreement. As part of this agreement Complete Engineering handle the storing and cutting of both the usual 1045, a range of induction hardened 4140 chrome bar, and hydraulic cylinder tube.
This enables a rapid response to customers of both businesses and reduces the risk of damage often associated with this type of material. Adding the induction hardened chrome bar to the stock range has greatly improved what both companies can offer our customers and working together in this way is a real win for all concerned.
“Among the services we offer are the design and manufacture of hydraulic rams in both conventional and exotic materials to the customer’s requirements, the testing, repair and maintenance of hydraulic rams and equipment and one off prototyping and development to final product.”
